All sales are final
Because every piece is hand embroidered to order, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges once an order is placed. Please check the garment measurements on each product page and our size guide before ordering.
Damaged or wrong item
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, write to us at sugharicreation@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will make it right — a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds we do issue
If we cannot fulfil an order, or we cancel it, you are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
