Refund & Return Policy

The window
Fifteen days from delivery, for any reason. Start the return from your order page or write to us.
Condition
Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original muslin pouch. We inspect for perfume, deodorant and alteration marks.
Pickup
Free reverse pickup anywhere in India. International returns are at your cost unless the piece arrived damaged or was sent in error.
Refunds
Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the piece reaching our atelier. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer to details you provide.
Exchanges
One free size exchange per order, including on gift orders. Colour exchanges are treated as a return plus a fresh order.
What we cannot take back
Made-to-order Wedding pieces, anything altered at your request, and dupattas that have been cut or draped-and-stitched.
