What we collect
Your name, delivery address, email, phone number and order history. Payment card details never touch our servers — they go directly to our payment processor. If you allow it, we also record which pages you view so we can tell which products need better photography.
Why we keep it
To deliver your order, to handle returns, and to answer you when you write to us. We keep order records for eight years because Indian tax law requires it.
Who else sees it
Our courier partners, our payment processor, and our email provider — each only the fields they need. We do not sell customer data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your choices
Write to atelier@sughari.com to see, correct or delete what we hold. We will action it within thirty days. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message.
